Is the fireplace diffuser a real flame?
No. The flame look comes from LED light and mist, with no real fire.
How does the candle warmer lamp work?
The lamp's bulb warms the top of a jar candle so it releases scent without a flame. It has 4 brightness levels and a 2/4/8-hour timer. Candles are sold separately. The bulbs and shade get hot during use, so keep away from children, pets and flammable items.
What do I need to power them?
The diffusers run on USB cables (power adapter not included). The candle warmer lamp plugs into a standard US outlet.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
